Abstract：Kazakhstan is Central Asian country with abundant resources and important strategic position.After independence it became one of the investment one of the investment outlets and competition markets of the West and the East.
By means of analysing Kaxakhstan's economic status and it's foreign relations with Russia the Western countries and Islamic world,this paper makes an-sided exposition of history.present situation ac prospects for China-Kazakhstan trade relation,particularly lays stress on their geo-advantages gained by linking the Eurasian continental Bridge. From the author's point of view, the three points to develop international relations, to keep the transportation going and to Push inter trade and cooperation forward are interrelated. Neither of the these is dispensable.
